•We ship via USPS
•RTS pieces will ship within 1-3 business days
•Made to order pieces have a 14-18 day turn around time. Times are approximate as these are handmade in small batches
•Preorder pieces are 18-24 business days depending on if I am waiting on special beads
•Please reach out if you need a piece by a certain time/date & i will do my best
Returns |
•These pieces are handmade - all sales are final
•Handle with care, do not over stretch bracelets or squash/bend straw/handle charms
Show them love & they will be beautiful for a very long time ♥️
Sizing |
Sizing is IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ the descriptions under products to know what they are automatically made for. PLACE IN NOTES AT CHECKOUT what cup brand & size your pieces are for. HydroJug,Stanley 2.0, Stanley OG & Brumate ALL are different sizes.
Handle charms as well. For example brumate handles are larger than hydro & stanley. If you fail to note what size your cup is in notes and the pieces do not fit, i am happy to remake, but the customer is responsible for return shipping + remake fees.

Remakes due to not noting your cup brand & size is as follows.

Return Shipping & Remakes |
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Return shipping to me as well as shipping back to them.
PLEASE wrap back carefully in bubble wrap as you received them, so your pieces do not break in transit coming back to me.
Refunds Due To Breakage |
Refunds will not be given for misuse of items.
Please do not over stretch your bracelets. Be gentle with your pieces & they absolutely should not break. Roll them up into place on your cup, and gently remove when washing your cup.
Remember to make sure you know what order they go in when putting them back on! It matters for best fit 🤗

Refunds & Cancelations are generally not accepted as my pieces are custom made to order & purchased as such. Please be sure you want the pieces you purchase. They are handmade with love ❤️
